These General Terms and Conditions shall apply to all proposals, offers, negotiations, legal relationships and agreements under which TIE Kinetix NV, or one of its subsidiaries anywhere in the world (hereinafter referred to as “TIE Kinetix”), provides goods and/or services of any nature to the Client, irrespective of whether these are provided pursuant to a written or oral agreement between the Client and the respective TIE Kinetix organization as mentioned in the proposal, offer or otherwise.
